The location, the staff, breakfast, the comfort of the room. We also got a free upgrade. We asked them to help us to organise a cruise on the Halong Bay and the cruise they had selected for us was the highlight of our trip in Northern Vietnam. Second time visiting Hanoi and decided to give this hotel a try and definitely the best choice we made for this trip! This hotel is everything above and beyond and their hospitality is amazing. Always ready to help and giving us the best service throughout. Location is perfect as it’s 5 mins walk to all the good spots nearby be it the cathedral or the lake and all the speakeasy bars and cafes. We really appreciated the view from the 9th floor. The roof bar next to the pool was fancy and provided great view for the whole sourounding area. And the drinks where actually quite good. The lady at the front desk was incredible polite and clear. The lobby is beautiful. The breakfasts with the street view were served with care. We had a choice of classic European or Vietnamese snacks to grab. And the coffee (american style) was really tasty. There is only 5min walk to the train street that is really worth visiting while train is passing by . The location is one of the best - Old Quarter is within 2 nin walk. We truly enjoyed ty the stay

I am a guest in room 401. This hotel provided a perfect experience for my trip to Vietnam. First of all, the location is very good. It is close to everything and you can walk there. Secondly, although the hotel is in the center, it is not noisy and very quiet. I would like to especially mention the hotel's service, which is really great. They are very kind, just like old friends. Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel. I will stay here again next time I come. I strongly recommend it to you. I hope that people who see this comment will also have a wonderful and pleasant trip in Vietnam.

    The room is very spacious, comfy and clean. It worths staying there before you take a plane elsewhere. I wish there were more hotels like this in the city of Hanoi ;) I would have stayed there for longer time as a tourist if it was situated in the city center. Large jacuzzi bath with good pressure of hot water. AC was in good condition. English speaking reseption host. Nice breakfast.
