The cleaners were very sweet generally. The young lad on Reception was helpful and chatty. The Room was spacious and liked the safe in there too. The Hotel was well placed for nearby shopping malls and Katy Mills Mall was a 5 Min walk from the hotel.

Walmart and Katy Mills are in walking distance..
Spacious and clean room.

Definitely old and these update. The jacuzzi is horrible. It advertises as indoor but it's actually outdoors and all the stones concrete are broken dirty filled with disgust around it.. internet is not consistent it's in and out. Also the phone does not work You can't call down to the front desk You actually have to call them from your cell or go down. Worst comfort Inn I have ever experienced
