I did request an early check in but never heard back either approving or denying that request. Also I was disappointed that the hot tub was not operational. The very friendly front desk person didnt know about why or for how long the tub would be out of service. I asked upon checkout if it would be operational for our next visit in 2 weeks , so we could decide if we would continue with our reservation or cancel it and find another facilityGuest review byBobYoung couple

Our 6 and 8 year old LOVED the pool and we did, too. Nice hot tub. The rooms were immaculate and beds SO comfy. Breakfast was above what we normally see at the free continental breakfast offerings during other stays. The two employees, one is Debby, sure did a nice job making sure we had everything we needed. 3 rooms booked within our group of travelers. THANK YOU!Guest review bySharonFamily with young children

HUGE king suite! With a fireplace and soaking tub! Dog friendly. Great location. Wonderful staff! I was on my way out of our room to go downstairs and grab one of those carts and the front desk lady was literally coming out of the elevator with one and I jokingly say, "oh perfect timing!
