The staff went above and beyond what was expected. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were exceptional. The Japanese room was calming and the balcony allowed myself and my partner to unwind having a drink together. The out door spa was another highlight, the different pools were varied and the fish were a great bonus. Overall- from when we arrived until we left - I would like to reiterate how exceptional the staff were at every possible opportunity.

Everything is perfect to meet our travel needs, and the breakfast was awesome. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The room has got everything that we expected. The hot spring bath in the room just gave us a relaxing time in private. The Starbucks and the bakery on the ground floor were convenient for a tea time, the bread and cookies were very nice and yummy in the bakery.

It's our 1st B&B accommodation in Yilan. We had an amazing 4 nights stay in the peaceful and beautiful Serene Gray B&B, about a month ago. Traveling in a pack of 5 with elders n a kiddo, we are initially skeptical about their comfort in a rural area; cleanliness, transport and food. We believe the key driver of success is the owner, whether he has high standards to ensure his guests experienced the upmost hospitality. Mr Lim provided us the spacious rooms as published and offered the generous spread of home cooked breakfast. And despite being a Saturday, he kindly offered to lead us to a seafood restaurant in Suao, to have the freshest taste of the local seafood delicacies. We are fortunate with our right choice in the accommodation selection and the acquaintance with a committed individual, Mr Lim. Thank you for making our stay a memorable away from home, home.

Loved everything about this place, especially the Osen bath in our hotel room. We planned to go to the outdoor onsen, but there was a lot of mosquito’s during this season so really glad we could have it right in the comfort of our room! Staff was professional and friendly, lots of activities and location was great!

    Stayed in a standard twin room as a family of 4 for one night, the room was spacious and each “single” bed enough for an adult plus toddler. The hotel provided lots of little extras which made our children extra welcome, toothbrushes, baby bath, even bottle warmer! We loved the entertainment /soft play area which was open even after dinner and was kept very clean. We ate at the bordering shopping centre, great choices and really good value for money! It also has a convenience store
