It was a pleasant stay. The staff was very nice, everything was clean and comfortable. Sauna, hamam were for free. I was on my research trip and I was very tired, but the hotel was very friendly and comfortable, so I could relax. Thank you very much! P.S. Breakfast was delicious!

DoubleTree hotel in Tuzla is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever been till now. Breakfast were some full tables with nothing to be missing from them. All of it was delicious me and my partner really enjoyed it. I also called for a room service twice and they were all so quick to assist me on the best way. Room service girl was very smiley and friendly and the housekeepers as well. The reception guys were the best because whichever problem I had or any imformation I needed they were always there very friendly very polite and very much professional. Also, the room was perfect and the bed so comfortable. The view from the room was amazing as you could see a great part of Tuzla from the windows. Also, loved the fact that when I put in the housekeeping sign just to get my breakfast, I sas missing for only 20-30 minutes and it was all done! So quick and professional all of them. Absolutely loved it I definitely recommend and surely will visit again!
