The service was truly outstanding—every staff member was attentive, kind, and made me feel at home. A special mention goes to Madam Doursaf, the manager/PR—she is simply the best! Her professionalism, warmth, and personal touch made my experience unforgettable. Everything went super well, the hotel is very good for a 4 stars hotel and can even be compared to 5 stars. The staff is very friendly, especially Tarak the receptionist. Everything was clean, the towels laundry everything smelled super fresh ! Highly recommend!

The hotel is located in the center of the old town literally next to the sea. Ideal if you want to have an authentic experience as there are many locals who live in the medina with which you can interact. The breakfast was amazing. Freshly squeezed juices, local products and freshly made omelette. The host was super nice and helped us find everything we needed. She dedicated much time to help us even two months ahead of our arrival. The hotel is cosy and nicely decorated. It’s aesthetic was superb.

Our stay at TUI Magic Life Africana was a masterclass in hospitality. Hedi Marnissi met us daily with a smile and quick solutions. Mr Chafiq’s presence at the main restaurant ensured everything ran smoothly. The pools are immaculate, and the aquapark slides are amazing also while we enjoyed yoga on the lawn. Food quality and variety exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive. Everything was perfect.

I’ve stayed at a hotel Medina Solaria and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, the rooms were comfortable with a great sea view , and the staff was amazing. The hotel's central location in Yasmine Hammamet made it convenient for us to explore the area, easy access to the local attractions , and the variety of food options surpassed my expectations. Our experience was simply fantastic. The hotel fully lives up to its 5-star rating. Our room was new, welcoming, with extremely comfortable beds and a lovely sea view. The food was good overall, and the breakfast was outstanding … definitely one of the hotel’s highlights: rich, varied, and of excellent quality. The reception staff were incredibly professional and kind. A special mention goes to Rabeb, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. I would also like to thank Hamza for his availability and attention to every detail … his support really made a difference. And last but not least, a big thank you to Anas and the entire reception team for their warm welcome and exceptional service throughout our stay.

    We loved everything. The staff are amazing, especially the lady at the front desk. She changed our room and gave us an amazing one with pool and beach view. Five star breakfast with very welcoming and polite staff. Housekeeping girls did a fantastic job. Hotel itself is beautiful and spotless. We'll be back. Spa and gym are clean and not that busy so you can enjoy a good workout or relaxation time.
