This place is such a gem 💎 the privacy you get in the villa is superb. The villa itself is gorgeous really spacious and very clean. The staff clean everyday and are always on hand to offer a lift to Ao Nang which is not that far. I loved it here for the quietness away from Ao Nang but also very easy to go to and from. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend you stay here you won't be disappointed.....

This is was most perfect stay for our group of 6. The villa was so clean and comfortable with a gorgeous pool. The cleaning staff came by everyday and also provided bottled water everyday. The shuttle bus down to the beach area was so convenient and we were never waiting more than 10 minutes to be dropped or collected. The general manager, Ivan, was so helpful and lovely and gave us many recommendations and advice on the area. We really enjoyed our stay in Lux Family Villas

Tim is amazing host. He is very nice, responsive and engaged with the guests. He knows how to make you feel like home. The place is very well maintained. Everything is clean, well designed and very comfortable. Tin can organize for you different trips and he can give you local advices. There are beach towels provided in the place. Absolutely loved the layout of the villa. In a great location and a very quiet neighbourhood. You have the option to either hire a motorbike which can be arranged by the hosts or get yourself a tuk tuk ride into town which is only a 5 minute ride away. Grandma Pooks convince store is only a 6 minute walk from the villa. The kids loved the swimming pool and we had to drag them out when it was time to go into town for a bite to eat. 😂 The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, so if there are nights where you feel like making a meal at home. Then you won’t be short of pans and cutlery. Beds are super comfy as is the rain shower. Can’t beat a good shower after a day of being in the sun/ walking around. Our hosts were only a phone call away if we needed any help with booking trips/ airport transfers. If you’re looking for a perfect place to relax and unwind with the family. Then we throughly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Villa. Could not recommend more. Our host looked after us very well, including helping to organise transport to and from the villa. Fully equipped from swimming pool, to kitchen, to an office, to 3 massive bed rooms. Everything you need and more. Only a short 5 minute drive from the nearest town, and a 5 minute walk to the local shops. Overall 10/10!
