Even though it is not a season for rise, the peace and quiet you get is amazing. Room is very spacious, clean, there is a bath and hot water works well. You can order food delivery there and enjoy your dinner from the terrace. I would want to come back when there is a season to see green fields

The property is really charming and a very quiet place to relax surrounded by rice fields, flowers and different birds. We loved the place so much that we stayed five days instead of the two days we originally planned. We will come back once!

I liked the breakfast and that they had water and fruits all day long. Very much appreciated after a walk in the heat! The two guys at the front desk were the best, very helpful and walked me through the laundry service available at a really affordable price (80 bath per kilo)

Perfect handy location, away from the busy areas, peaceful to get a good nights sleep and lovely pool to relax at. A nice chill, old fashion Thai furniture style throughout the hotel, was a very nice experience.

Loved the location in the old city and the private entrance from a small alleyway. The staff are very friendly and the whole place is well run and very clean and comfortable. This place is excellent value for the price!! I regularly travel to chiang mai and would definitely stay here again on future trips 👍👍.
