Everything. Room size was big, clean, had refillable snacks and cup noodles, toilet was comfortable. Daily activity of bead making was good fun! Free shuttle to night market too. Pool seemed fun though we didn't swim.

It was a great stay, comfortable, clean and tidy. The onsite amenities (spa, wellness, sauna, and ice baths) were excellent and very affordable (you received a discount if you stayed at the property) It was very easy to get around from the location and it was ideally situated in the square to move around.

There are only positive things to say about our stay. The staff was amazing. They were helpful in explaining Thai language and culture, booking transportation and making us feel welcome every time we returned at the end of the day. The hotel is small and very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are beautiful.

The tranquility of the whole lot, the beautiful view from the pool side bar across the River was stunning and it was all just a short taxi/tuk tuk away from the night markets and the old town. So glad I booked this place and will definitely book again but for a longer time, the staff were so friendly but that is just Thailand

Location was great, little bit away from the night markets, but close enough you could walk. Hotel is on a quiet road set in a beautiful garden, nice place to retreat to after a busy day exploring the city and surrounding areas. Staff were great and very helpful. Great cocktails by the pool. Would recommend.

Very nice, clean family-run hotel in a quiet location out of town. Large smart TV, large bathroom with rainfall shower and hot tub. Very comfortable bed. Room serviced every day with free water provided plus free water from the machine in the lobby 24/7. Clean pool and also gym equipment (treadmill, cross trainer and weights machine). Nice free breakfast with good selection. Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them if we requested anything. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

    Beautiful boutique hotel, small but clean and refreshing pool, cute little garden at the back. Staff are very lovely and helpful. Allowed us to store our bags at reception before check in and after check out while we explored around. The room itself was very spacious and the bathroom was spotless clean. We had both a shower cubicle and a jacuzzi type bathtub in the bathroom which was a nice surprise! As the location is on a small side street it is very quiet at night and you can properly relax

    Calling this place fabulous is not an overstatement. We felt like in a Lanna style palace! The whole hotel is beautifully designed. The room was incredibly spacious and not only provided all the expected facilities but also had some wow features such as private jacuzzi bath. The inner-court pool was great. The pool bar served good drinks at reasonable prices. The breakfast was more than generous, with a wide selection of Thai and international meals and desserts. We will definitely come back there next time!

    Went on a recommendation from someone who lives in Chang Mai. Staff lovely and helpful. Pool was a good use of space and clean, but a few broken grids need replacing as trip hazard. Gym was a nice addition, but rower straps are broken so you cant use it. Rooms were big and very clean. Jacuzzi bath was great after a day of walking. Balconies were nice, and best for sun, poolside. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc. TV fantastic soze if you want to watch it.

    Early check in was welcomed Offered Breakfast on the day we arrived early The room was beautiful. Double jacuzzi bath 4 poster bed room 101 ground floor . No balcony but pool loungers right outside of the room. Staff extremely friendly . Reception very helpful printed off our boarding cards for us and arranged taxis . You can book all trips at a little desk in the lobby
