I had an amazing time at this property! The rooms were spacious and provided a great view of the lagoon. The balcony was amazing with a private pool and hammock. I enjoyed the restaurant and sun beds as well. The location of the hotel is great and very close to the town. The hotel staff was so kind and they helped us call taxi's to and from the property when we would head to town. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to Bacalar!

Very peaceful place, with enough privacy per room (You do not get to feel overcrowded any time). Breakfast was exceptional, staff was always extra helpful and super friendly. Overall a great experience and a great place to stay at. 100% recommended :)

The property is beautiful, the people very friendly, the restaurant providing delicious food. Really nothing negative to mention. It's a bit far from the center so useful to have a car or use taxis, for us this was not a problem at all.
