We came here as part of our honeymoon and this hotel proved to be the perfect choice. Everything about the hotel from the location to the friendly staff was amazing. They went great effort to make sure we were welcomed with a lovely surprise on our arrival. The hotel itself is fantastic with an amazing design and amenities. Hopefully we will come back here again some time in the future.

This villa has one of the best you can get of bacalar lagoon - the bath in the balcony also made the stay truly fantastic ! The staff was also really nice and helpful :) !

The location was great: quiet neighbourhood and close to the city square. Although the room seemed modest, it was very comfortable. The bathroom is adequate and suited our needs. The room and property is extremely clean and our host did everything to make our stay memorable. The big bonus was the pool surrounded by a lush & private garden.

The location on the lake was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were helpful and chatty, the room was well-appointed and clean and comfortable. We loved the delicious smelling bath products. The included breakfast was good also.
