We travelled for our anniversary and were upgraded to a mountain view room and it was everything you could ever imagine! The view was something out of a movie 😍 and the room was nice and spacious. The location was great, not far from the train station and the town is small enough to get around

We came for the fuji rock festival and the resort ran extra shuttle buses during the festival period so it was very convenient to go to the echigo yuzawa satation and come back at late night. The room was very clean and spacious enough for two persons. The building was generally quiet atmosphere though it was during the festival, and they have family mart on the first floor to easily load up what you need.

The meals served during breakfast and dinner were great! Every meal was different with a good balance of meat, veg, rice, and soup. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness put into the meal preparation by the staff. Hoshi san was also helpful in assisting us with renting the necessary snowboarding equipment, and ferrying us to and from the ski resort via the inn’s shuttle bus.
