Shiroyamakan was one of my favorite places during my trip to Japan! conveniently located near the bus station and at the beginning of the Shirakawa, it is a perfect place to start a tour of the city, the Ryokan as well as the room are beautiful and very well maintained, overlooking the river; the food was delicious with a creative selection of local ingredients, highly recommend and hope to return soon! Thank you for everything!

    Best hospitality family run traditional inn, they were warm and welcoming. The facilities were very clean. Like the beautiful flower arrangement. Room was very spacious and with beautiful view. The private bath onsite was great. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, served with locally sourced produce, deer hunt by the brother, all dishes were unique. A memorable stay for us and highly recommended.
