Staffs were very nice, the location was comfy as well. The room has no windows but it was very nice to rest and sleep. Wish that the breakfast has more options but all in all everything was good.

Location was perfect for me, as I arrived at Haneda Airport at 1am and needed a place to spend the night. The staff were extremely helpful with the check in & check out process, and explained everything that I needed to know about the hotel, the room, how to use the elevators, etc. The room was very unique and beautiful, blending the typical Western-style business hotel design with traditional Japanese furnishings (e.g., 'chabudai' / traditional short legged Japanese dining table, shoji screens, etc.) There is also a Lawsons convenience store right next to the hotel entrance within the airport, which is super convenient for those late-night cravings. I also ended up adding the onset ticket to my booking which was 100% WORTH IT, highly recommend (it's open 24 hours)! Overall, it was a great experience!

The host provided clear instructions with photos on how to find the property. The toilet was clean and had a nicely scented product that lasted our entire stay. The dryer was useful. There was more furniture than what's in the photos, making it a little more cluttered, but the tea table in front of the couch/Tv was useful.

It’s not far from the busy Shibuya scramble crossing and the Shibuya Station, but still quiet and peaceful enough for relaxation and rest. It’s like home away from home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, not to mention they were all good looking as well. The egg Benedict’s for breakfast were excellent. One of the best ones I have ever had! The pool on the top floor was also a very good place to chill and relax with the park in view. The sparkling white wine is super good too for non alcoholic drinkers. Sit outside when the weather permits to people watch. The sound proofing was great too as we could not hear the car noises even though we were on the second level.
