Staff were really friendly and go all out to make you feel comfortable. Although the house has a history of 150 years old, there were technology such as sound sustem, projector and even Karaoke over the BBQ dinner. Definitely recommended to have a stay

the host waited for us at the property although we were late, and the house smelled great with a home cooked soup and bread (part of prepaid breakfast)! it was wonderful and felt like coming home.

This place is INCREDIBLE. It's a little charming hotel that seems like a little village. Everything was great, I would try to spend at least two nights (I promise it will be worth it!) It's a few minutes walk from the centre, very close to the winter lights. Nice and calm, the onsens are great, both public and private. They accept people with tattoos (the whole area is very flexible).

What can I say. Up there with the best place we have ever stayed. The owner was amazing super helpful, funny and just all round great guy. Hostel / BnB style with shared bathrooms but private sleeping, it was the best of all worlds. We will be back.
