We did receive a free upgrade to our room to a suite so the review of the room is based on that experience. The room was very clean and spacious, way too big for just the two of us really but having two bathrooms is very convenient. Staff were extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options. We used the free bikes to get to the old town.

Staff very accomodating and friendly, location opposite the beach at Sottomarina with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Short walk to Chioggia called the Little Venice with old buildings, canals and bridges. Harbour has a variety of tours by boat which are worth exploring.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and nicely designed. We had everything we needed. The owner, Diana, is very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely garden, with lots of room for kids to play and have fun, but the best part of the stay is the luxurious swimming pool, which is absolutely fantastic. This is one of the best places we stayed at. Also, conveniently located as you can get to Venice, Padua, Verona and other interesting places in the region. You must have a car, though, it's in a small village.

The hotel is a budget solution on the way to Chioggia and Venice or when to spend some raxing days in Rosolina Mare. The location was wonderful, the staff were fabulous and catered to our every need, we booked the Junior Suite with a jacuzzi in the room, so our trip was incredibly romantic and the room was impeccably clean and luxurious.

location was great. very convenient to have the dock at the back of the hotel so the water taxi could drop us at the back door with our luggage. I was disappointed with the storage/wardrobe in our room, but after speaking to the front desk staff they moved us to a much better room & no extra charge! the breakfast was fantastic & all the staff very helpful. I’d happily recommend the Hotel Saturnia to anyone visiting Venice.

My fifth time in Venice. Stayed in the Gritti Suite with the lovely view of St Mark´s square. We were a family party two adults and two teenagers and our room had a large bed and our children had single beds. Room facilities very good. Breakfast was served every day in the room with more than you can eat. Housekeeping was immaculate (thank you Mary). Wi-fi was good. Jan and Lucas at the front desk were awesome. Good eating options nearby (1000 Gourmet, La Piazza) as well as local supermarkets. Took the water-taxi from the Airport which is a great option as it only takes 30min. We were lucky with the weather (no rain). Only had a bit of acqua alta for a small section of St Mark´s square for one day in the morning. Tip: check the tides ahead of your stay (info available online) to make sure you are not arriving when there is a high tide as you might have to drag your luggage across wooden platforms.

I know it sounds not really thought, but everything was perfect. The park sourring the place is a joy for the senses. And all this 12 minutes by boat to ine of the most worderfull place on earth.
