Breakfast was top notch & value for money with a capuccino to remember. Location was idyllic with an all weather long indoor pool. Staff - the 3 of them Paola, Valentina & the cappuccino/barista were extremely kind & informative providing us with all the information we needed. Excellent hosts indeed. We stayed here just one night, but it was a truly lovely experience. The property is spacious and peaceful, with a large pool and beautiful surroundings — perfect for relaxing. It’s not far from Viterbo, so it was a great stop during our trip. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. In the morning, they surprised me for my birthday with a small celebration — even bringing out a cake with candles! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay unforgettable. We really appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet escape with great hospitality.

An incredible place! The rooms and the surrounding areas are extremely nice and well tended to. The garden has barbecue facilities, and outdoor dining areas, which makes spending Italian summer evenings very pleasant. A nice beach is not far. The owners incredibly helpful and caring, and organised the property creatively and with a mind to nature and relaxation. This B&B is highly recommended!

Absolutely everything. The location is very pretty and the house is very tastefully restored to the finest detail. The hosts are really nice and friendly and very helpful in advising everything we needed. They gave us a lot of nice visiting tips. The breakfast is very good and abundant.
