We booked this accommodation at short notice, we arrived in a thunderstorm with touring bikes. booking.com had screwed up where we were supposed to be staying and did the same thing here. Thankfully the host was absolutely brilliant. He opened up extra facilities for us that fully met our requirements. He let us store our bikes securely and he is a genuinely nice, humerous friendly person. In the morning he made sure that our bikes were readily available for us and wished us well for our onward journey. Things could have gone much worse, thanks to the poor systems of booking.com, thankfully there are nice, helpful people, like our host, who seem happy to help.

An incredible place! The rooms and the surrounding areas are extremely nice and well tended to. The garden has barbecue facilities, and outdoor dining areas, which makes spending Italian summer evenings very pleasant. A nice beach is not far. The owners incredibly helpful and caring, and organised the property creatively and with a mind to nature and relaxation. This B&B is highly recommended!

A true 5* experience ! A wonderful, welcoming place to stay. Our room showed endless attention to detail illustrating impeccable taste, from the samovar kettle to the beautiful light fitting in the bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight, served beautifully under the vine covered trellis. Local produce underlined Simonas ethical world view on sustainability. We stayed here just one night, but it was a truly lovely experience. The property is spacious and peaceful, with a large pool and beautiful surroundings — perfect for relaxing. It’s not far from Viterbo, so it was a great stop during our trip. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. In the morning, they surprised me for my birthday with a small celebration — even bringing out a cake with candles! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay unforgettable. The property was absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. A typical winding Tuscan road to get there, but the view from the property was spectacular. Giorgio was a fantastic host, and everything from the immaculate room to the beautiful breakfast area was top-notch. Highly recommended.
