Review: This was our first time in India as Europeans, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at The Imperial Hotel! From the moment we landed to the time we departed, the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate this beautiful yet chaotic city. The Hospitality, the Hygiene overall was excellent, Respectfull staff, the entertainment was amazing, the complimantory sweets and pites at the show were very nice! Breakfast was a la carte was included really great!

Very comfortable room, hotel was very clean, lovely ambience in lounge and restaurant. We appreciated the early check-in and the happy hour - thank you to Muskan, Namira and Anjali for their help and attention in the lounge. We were very pleased with the amazing breakfast buffet which catered to variety of palates. The entire hotel team was professional, welcoming, friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. They are great representatives of the Shangri La brand. The hotel is a well kept oasis of calm especially after a busy day of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
