The staff in every step of the hotel was exceptionally helpful. Especially Alex and Rene, they were really kind and ready to help. They are very professional and know how to treat the customers. The service was fantastic from the moment I arrived to the very last day. Even though typhoon came to the city and we can’t go anywhere outside, they really keep asking and offer things we didn’t expect such as volunteering to be a tour guide walking around the hotel and observe the Ritz Carlton. We were truly impressed and appreciative a lot. Moreover, they know that my SIM card is not activated so they let the expert coming to my room and helped every possible way to fix the problem!! The view and environment is clean and really beautiful. We love the complimentary champagne and the snack settings that you welcomed us. I personally love the convenience of W hotel. It is located in a large mall and connected to airport and MTR access where you can go anywhere very easily. I highly recommend W Hongkong hotel. If you are looking for a sophisticated place with a highly skilled and experienced staff, this place is the only answer for you!! I will definitely stay here again soon 💚

Hotel is very new, modern and stylish. Everything in bathroom was working. Hyatt level! Bar has live music performances in the evening - singing european and british hit songs. Coctails are somewhat interesting but pricey. View from the room is incredible - panoramic view on the bay!

This hotel has a connecting bridge to Langham Place, is a short walking distance to Nathan Road (around 10mins walk) and the Sneaker Street (approx 500-600meters away from the hotel), and a very short drive to the Victoria Harbor. Lots of restaurants to choose from and convenience stores nearby. Close to the metro. We are a family of 8 and stayed for 4 days in this hotel. Since rooms were ready, we were allowed to check-in early and 2 of our rooms were upgraded! We also availed of the hotel's breakfast buffet at The Place and their room service. Absolutely love the food selections. Rooms are always clean and the room necessities were being replenished daily. Towels and sheets were also replaced daily. Comfy bed and pillows. We would like to commend the staff of Cordis for being exceptionally helpful and attentive to the needs of their guests. Special mention to Lillian at the hotel reception, who is extremely patient and kind, all the people of The Place, the welcome staff at the ground floor and the very professional housekeeping staff. Our stay at your hotel was indeed money and time well spent. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in HK.
