First of all, I would like to thank the reception staff for doing everything to organize a wonderful vacation for us. They were very helpful and kind-hearted. Everything here is amazing: a family-friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, peace, and excellent service. I will definitely recommend this place!!

From the very first moment we arrived, it was clear that Zelia is something truly special. The rooms are beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail – every piece of furniture, every texture, every light has been carefully chosen to combine comfort with elegance. It’s luxury with soul and style. And the food? Absolutely outstanding. The Greek cuisine alone deserves a separate review – fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and a modern twist that makes every bite a joy. Each meal felt like a celebration of local tradition and hospitality. If you ever feel like taking a break from Greek food, the Asian fusion restaurant is definitely worth a try – a lovely surprise with bold flavors and beautiful presentation. One of the highlights for me was the Pilates reformers, with the option to train under a professional instructor – a wonderful experience for both body and soul. The combination of movement, design, and serenity creates a unique kind of harmony you rarely find. I also fell in love with the small beach beneath the cliff – perfectly calm and peaceful, like a private little sanctuary. A joy for the soul – ideal for a morning meditation, reading a book, or simply being present. I also want to commend the staff – kind, attentive, and truly dedicated. From my own experience, I know that new hotels don’t always run smoothly, but here I felt genuinely taken care of. You can feel that the entire team is doing their best to make guests feel welcome and special. But what truly sets Zelia apart is the atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and just let go. Calm, elegant, and perfectly organized – you don’t have to think about a thing, because everything is thought through for you. Every detail feels intentional – nothing is left to chance.

It was just fabulous week. All the expectations were met and some even exceeded (garden, staff, locality). It was our first ever stay in Greece and thanks to Janis and his team we will come back for sure. There are no words which could sufficiently describe the breakfast options and how tasty it was. Quality of the beds and house cleaning was just perfect. Thank you very very much for fantastic days!!!

The hotel is gorgeous. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to the reception girls. They provided us with a delicious cake for our son's birthday. The food is uniquely delicious. There is a huge variety of meat, fish, salads and all of them are incredibly tasty. The desserts are decorated beautifully and are very tasty and different desserts. Words are not enough to describe the delicious food. This is our second visit to this hotel, 5 or 6 years ago we were there again and now we are even more satisfied with our stay. There is a large and varied children's corner. The beach is wide and sandy, which is rare for the beaches of Halkidiki because most of them are stone. Cleanliness is at a very high level - towels are changed several times a day.

The property was clean, comfortable and had a very healing vibe!

We stayed at the “Peaceful Villa” from July 11 to 18 and have nothing but positive things to say! The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well maintained - we have rarely experienced an apartment in such mint condition. Everything you need was there: a fridge, microwave, hob, dishes, a small blender for frapé (very practical!), air conditioning, toiletries, a hairdryer and a balcony with table, chairs and parasol. There is also a communal washing machine, which we were able to use - everything worked perfectly. The location is also great: supermarket, petrol station, car wash, beach and restaurants are all less than a kilometer away. Only the nearby road can be heard occasionally - otherwise it is very quiet, which fits the name of the villa perfectly. 😊 Our host Maria was a particular highlight: our navigation gave us the wrong directions, but one phone call was all it took and she came straight out to greet us warmly. Throughout our stay, the contact was warm, informal and incredibly helpful. She immediately provided us with everything we needed. Her caring nature and the friendly atmosphere really made our stay special - it was hard to say goodbye and we really took Maria and her family to our hearts. 💙 The building itself is an older villa that has been freshly and stylischly renovated - with modern comforts, good water pressure and hot water at all times. We would come back anytime and will most likely do so on our next vacation in Greece!!! Highly recommended - 5 out of 5 stars!

We loved the attic - the place is beautiful, better than what it looks like in the photos. It's on a great location in a quiet area but on a walking distance to the center and the port. The host Nikos and his family were amazing. We will definitely come and stay there again!

The apartment is right next to the sea, so you can start every morning with a swim in the sea and a coffee on the terrace overlooking the open sea. Convenience for families with children because the beach is in front, the water is clean and the beach is neat and never crowded. Also, the parking space in front of the apartment means a lot because you don't have to think about where to park your car.

I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an open breathtaking view of the sea . The villa itself is beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with a warm, beachy atmosphere. The highlight, however, was the private outdoor area with the pool and BBQ that led directly to the beach. The location is also perfect, with charming local shops and excellent restaurants a short drive away. The owner was incredibly welcoming, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the villa made us feel right at home. Overall, this villa is a real gem for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a beach getaway. I can't wait to come back again.
