The words are not enough to describe how nice it was. I have been treated like a queen during all my stay. Therefore I initially booked for 2 days but decided to stay for a week. I am so grateful to Mr Saad who did all his best to make my stay an amazing one. He took care of any single demand meticulously. Head chef’s mushroom risotto was delightfully tasty, humus is another super taste to try. All waiters were friendly and respectful, Assad, Romany, Nader, Mohammed and Ali are few names that I could remember with their exceptional services besides many others. The room was so clean, house keeping surprised me with different animal figures every day. Lisa and Leo from the animation team did their best me to participate at the events. The clientele of the hotel is silent and respectful to each other which I think is one of the most important things during one’s stay. The beach is amazing, water is crystal clear with not many fish, just ideal for someone with galeophobia like me. Thank you all for everything, I will come back at the very first occasion.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options every day. The beach was crystal clear and clean, with soft sandy shores perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was large and well-maintained, great for both kids and adults. What made the experience even better were the daily activities organized for both children and adults — there was always something fun to do. The hotel is located right by the sea, with excellent access to the airport, aquarium, and shopping mall—it’s in a perfect location. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the gardens are especially well cared for. The reception staff were all kind and gave a thorough explanation of the facilities. I’m grateful to the manager who upgraded us to one of the highest-class rooms. Although it's near the sea, the air isn’t humid, and a pleasant breeze makes for an extremely comfortable stay. In addition to the main restaurant, you can enjoy dinner at around six or seven other restaurants, including those in the neighbouring group hotel. (Reservations are required, and some restaurants have an additional charge.) The water slide is a good size—not too crowded—so we didn’t have to wait long and had a great time. Since the hotel is family-oriented, there were no loud or showy guests, making it a relaxed and unpretentious place to stay. Next time, I’d love to stay for a longer period—especially if the food and drink quality is improved just a little more.

    Absolutely brilliant. We booked the deluxe jacuzzi room with the honeymoon package for our honeymoon and we’re upgraded to the jacuzzi suite. The room was beautiful and very very spacious staff were really nice and the resort itself is very clean and well thought out. I would definitely be back.

    Lobby area. Beach is one of the best in Hurghada I really recommend! Sun loungers were very comfortable! Food was good. Staff were very good. Internet is working perfectly in all resort area. We got free upgrade to Chalets which were amazing. The room was very big and spacious, same as balcony. We had side sea view. Big bathroom. I recommend going to massage, it was perfect.

    The Hotel Spa offers something for every holidaymaker! Specialties from a wide range of themed restaurants. Relax by the pool or private beach. The rooms are well equipped, although the bathrooms are a bit old. Many thanks to Mr. HANNA who took care of all our wishes. We felt very comfortable again.
