The whole place has a laid back / informal / feel good atmosphere, where the staff goes out of their way, to help you feel welcome and with a smile help with all questions. The location at the border of the lake, provides stunning views and if you feel inclined, they have a big jacuzzi in the garden, a few steps from the lake, where you can soak while letting the peaceful view of the lake make you forget the world. Great location in the centre of old town. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge team. Inter connecting rooms were excellent. Omelete at breakfast was the best I've had for a long time.
