Staff is very friendly, specially Nico at reception desk. Gym is quite good for a hotel. Ten minutes walking from Zoo train station and with a bus stop in front of main entrance. Room was clean & comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, very attentive to cleanliness, and made the whole check-in and check-out process super easy. They even gave us extra time when leaving, which we really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and it was clear they put a lot of effort into making our stay comfortable.
