Clean room with great view towards the gardens and the mountains. The breakfast was also very good with great variety. The highlight was the staff working at the hotel. Both ladies were so friendly and super helpful. We would stay again there!!

The hotel is quite close to Interlaken Ost, taking me no more than 15 minutes to reach the Widerswil station. From there, it was just a lovely 5-minute walk to the hotel. My room was clean and very cozy, with an incredible view. The staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely, especially the administrators. My first day of visiting was rainy and chilly, but it didn’t bother me at all since the heating in my room worked perfectly. And also if you need to buy something there are markets nearby. This is the hotel and atmosphere that I will definitely return to in the future from Georgia🇬🇪🇨🇭

The hotel has a good view and is very quiet. There are no other hotels around. The front desk is very friendly and upgraded the room for us. The breakfast is delicious. We have cooked delicious food after travelling in the past few weeks. It's a pity that we don't have time to experience dinner and SPA. The wine is also great.

When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me.     Highly recommend who want to stay in wilderswil, just a two minute walk from the train station, bus stop..lovely view all around, the staff and services are just same as they mentioned... they give us packed lunch boxes as we have to leave early in the morning, the hot tub jacuzzi was also cherry on the top... we realy enjoyed ...and breakfast also very nice..lot of variety to eat..

    Shared bathrooms but very clean and always available when I needed one. The breakfast was very comprehensive with lots of great options. Staff were very friendly and helpful with hiking tips. Loved the back garden and hot tub. Great location for accessing Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen

    Fantastic location – just a few minutes' walk from Wilderswil train and bus stations. Only 6-10 minutes into Interlaken. Very good breakfast. We were able to have breakfast out on the terrace with a fantastic view of the mountains of the Berner Overland. Very friendly and helpful staff. Before our trip, we didn't know an outdoor jacuzzi was available so this was a very welcome surprise.

    Lovely character filled chalet in a great location, only a couple of minutes from the train station so makes a great base to travel around the Jungfrau area. Nice breakfast included in a lovely breakfast room overlooking the gardens. Very comfortable bed and we had a room with our own bathroom, some rooms have to share. Enjoyed a jacuzzi one night overlooking the snow capped mountains. Very friendly staff and definitely would stay again.
