From the moment we arrived, we were treated not just as guests, but as part of a caring family. Every member of the team — from the host and the restaurant waiter to the kitchen staff — went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. They paid close attention to every detail to ensure our comfort, and they graciously accommodated all our requests. On our last evening, we were even surprised with a delicious dessert — such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. When it was time to leave, the host personally walked us to the taxi and said goodbye with such warmth and sincerity, it felt as if we were parting from close relatives, not just ending a hotel stay. This heartfelt hospitality left a lasting impression on us, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is delicious and the staff go above and beyond. Its situated a few miles from the city of shumen and they even gave me a lift into town and back! Exceptional value for money. I would give this place 11/10 if i could. Only booked 1 night initially but booked the following day as the staff and atmosphere here is so friendly and inviting.
