The apartment is in one of the top buildings (House 5) near the slope - so very easy to go to the slope and come back (we found it was easier to come back at lunch and eat in the complex restaurant than on the slope because it was empty and we could do it faster). The fireplace is nice for a evening inside but since we were skiing every day we only used it twice. We have wood from the hosts (I saw that there is available to buy from reception but we didn't have to buy them). Two rooms accommodate 6 persons if needed (the couch and the armchairs extend); We were 5 and it was ok (3 adults, 2 children). You have almost all that you need in the kitchen, tv, own boiler for hot water, heat pump ACs for heating. The balcony is very nice also. There is a pool/spa in the complex - 30 leva/day; maybe after a long day skiing you need some relax time. Also bowling, pool (didn't try them).

The place was cozy, festive, warm, and clean. It’s perfect for a family or friends gathering as it’s quite spacious and very well equipped with literally anything that can come in handy. The hosts were amazing and very caring. The beautiful mountain views from the house and the proximity to the ski slopes are a big plus. Definitely a place worth visiting more than once.

A wonderful hotel with cozy rooms, a nice pool with a comfortable temperature, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. Everything was clean and working in the fall. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices and seating. The room had a view of the mountains.

The hotel is perfectly located. Very close to the pick Snejanka, much more high then the main complex of Pamporovo. There is a indoor swimming pool, but close by there is a terrace when a sunbath is possible. Because of hight, summer nights are fresh and pretty cool.

The variety and quality of food was excellent. The apartment was clean, welcoming and spacious. Staff at Kamelia were always helpful and friendly, and in addition to our skiing endeavours we really enjoyed the spa and swimming pool facilities, as well as the pool table in the cosy bar area.
