This was a near perfect hotel experience. From letting us keep our bags there whilst we flew to Alice Springs for 3 days to the seamlessness of just actually staying there, it was all excellent. The location is great for both the city and the river. We had a river view room and the view over the Oval, Festival theatre and the river was stunning. I didn't book a room with a balcony as we find we don't use them, but this time I wished that I had done. The bed was comfortable, there were complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine for my birthday arranged by the wonderful concierge, Lavinia. I loved the iPad to control the room and anything else that you needed for your stay. The staff were good without being too obsequious; when the remote broke, we had a new one within 30 mins and a sorry for putting us through that! The casino was huge but didn't impact on our stay, and the bar and restaurant were fab! The mixologist made me the best Cosmopolitan even though it wasn't on the menu. This was also the first hotel to have both a rubbish bin and a recycling bin.

The communication from the host was great and I had all the information I needed ahead of time. The little touches in the property were very thoughtful.

Wonderful house with great amenities and fantastic location. Surrounded by great restaurants and a short distance from the city centre. All four bedrooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable.

The unit was beautiful, it’s in a great location and was super clean & modern inside. Iryna was lovely & very informative about how to check in & out. There were also some yummy goodies left for us which was so lovely! Would absolutely stay here again when I’m next in Glenelg!
