Richard was outstanding in taking care of us. When one of our 11 person family had to go to urgent care, Richard arranged for an extension for that room until noon and confirmed right away that their room was available if an extra night stay was needed. When an extra night was needed, Richard worked out all of the details. Also, we loved your huge indoor pool and hot tub. Also, we loved having the tables in the lobby for our family to congregate.
