The location was perfect, right in the center of the medina, yet very quiet, with a very pleasant setting, a beautiful terrace, and very typical of the area. The welcome was perfect, and the breakfast was good and very plentiful. Dinner was available (highly recommended) as the traditional meal was excellent and plentiful. To conclude, special mention goes to the staff, whose smiles, availability, and sense of service made our stay even more enjoyable. They even accompanied us to our taxi upon departure, with a final little wave.

Where do I even start... if you coming to Fez stay at andalib without a doubt , good location , can't get better than the staff Omar was hands on with getting us taxis and agreed on rates before getting in so being scammed wasn't a stress Imran was very sweet and always smiling serving is one of the best breakfast which was a variety and kept us full till dinner The owner Riabal was amazing very informative gave us good tips on arrival and we left fez with such a beautiful experience I'd give this riad a 10 out of 10

This hotel was amazing. It was actually a palace from 14th century. Architecture was jaw dropping. The staff was super helpful and they made our stay very comfortable. Hospitality was absolutely great. Many thanks to each one of them. My husband and I enjoyed the traditional Moroccan breakfast and dinner in this beautiful Riad and loved it. The location is easy to access majority of the main attractions by foot. WiFi connection was great as well.

Prompt replying before I visit there. Friendly staff it’s very helpful for arrange the taxi from bus terminal to hotel and from hotel to train station at early morning. Great breakfast and Dinner.

Staff were amazing! Room was spacious. They helped arrange a walking tour for us! Pool was a great bonus due to the heat! We were able to purchase dinner on site.
