Perfect location after a late flight. Bus to city unexpected cheap and convenient

Went to ChCh for a concert at the Isaac Theatre Royal. According to my Fitbit the apartment was 155 steps from the theatre. Also parked our car on arrival and got in it to leave. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance.

We love it’s proximity to Chch Airport and cheap car storage while overseas. It’s so reasonable. The bed is really comfy and it’s great to have a full kitchen. Their restaurant boasts the best ribeye steaks I’ve ever tasted - so tender!!!

excellent clean motel. walking distance to everything. So very very close to the hot pools. Budget friendly motel. Our second stay here as we love the location and its family budget friendly. Super friendly welcome and warm rooms.

Location is everything. I normally fly to Christchurch, then overnight before getting the intercity bus home the next morning. Christchurch City Hotel is the perfect location. It’s only a 7 minute walk to the bus station. The rooms are a good size, not the teensy tiny rooms of some other budget hotels nearby. Yes you can get cheaper rooms nearby, but this is the perfect stopover.

Bed was super comfy. Nice and quiet location. Host was friendly and very keen to please. Bathroom had been refurbished. Was only needing somewhere cheap to sleep as was busy all day, and this suited the budget for a 3-day stay.
