Thank you, Ibis Hotel Hamburg! I arrived in Hamburg early in the morning by ferry from Malmö. Although the check-in time was at 3:00 PM, I was already at the hotel by 7:00 AM. Two hours before my arrival, I had messaged the hotel saying that I was very tired and kindly asked for early check-in. The staff were understanding and kind — they welcomed me at 8:00 AM without any extra charge. Thank you so much for your hospitality! I truly appreciate your care. I wish your company continued growth and success. From now on, whenever I travel, I will choose Ibis hotels!

Super good location, nice staffs. Toilet maybe is a bit different with normal European style, but it’s very very common in Japan. Good hygiene condition. Can book it.
