The breakfast Was delicious. The room was comfortable and cozy. The wifi was great. Staff spoke English and German and were very helpful. The room was also not very noisy and I could sleep very well. The bathroom was equipped with a hair dryer which was also great.

The rooms were nice, heating was working very well and staff was nice when we needed. The location was good, tram station was about 7 minutes walk and train station was about 15 minutes walk. We went during Christmas Markets' period, so we had a free bus in P22, a parking right next to the hotel, that was taking us to Heumarkt. We didn't opt for breakfast to be included. Parking was 17 EUR/day, in an underground parking, very safe and with direct access in the hotel.

Highly recommended! My stay was truly enjoyable – I was very satisfied with the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was exceptionally comfortable – spacious, modern, and well-equipped. A big plus is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a huge benefit for anyone traveling with a dog. I honestly have no complaints.I highly recommend this place and would happily return!
