This is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated on the first fairway of the Simbithi Golf Course and right next door to the Simbithi Country Club. Semiprivate play area for kids with ASTRO in a brand new safe and secure residential development based in the heart of Ballito in the Simbithi Eco Estate. The apartment is beautifully decorated with designer pieces of Decor. The pool is in walking distance as well as a great coffee shop and restaurants which can be found in the Simbithi Country Club.
Private Gated Estate situated next to the Simbithi Country Club and Golf Course. Beautiful sea views on arrival and the apartment has a stunning view from the terrace of natural forest.
There is construction of an office park currently behind Simbithi Verve which will be completed in February of 2026.
