No. 3 11th Avenue is a double-store house ideally located in the suburb of Summerstrand, across the road from one of the nicest beaches in Gqeberha. The property was featured on the popular TV show ‘Top Billing’ and boasts beautiful sea views as well as the natural green belt of the area. The house has 4 en-suite bedrooms, several lounge areas, an indoor braai, and a swimming pool deck. The home has a pool table and large flat-screen TV for entertainment. The property is ideal for families looking to holiday together or alternatively the corporate business looking to entertain their valued clients.

Summerstrand is a charming and central suburb of Port Elizabeth. Situated in close proximity to several golden beaches, the Boardwalk Casino complex, shopping malls, golf courses, an oceanarium, NMMU University, and the airport, it’s a destination of choice for leisure travelers.
Summerstrand is known for its beautiful beaches and warm Indian Ocean. Spend some time on Humewood Beach, Hobie Beach, Kings Beach, and Pollock Beach, which are popular for surfing, wind surfing, sunbathing, and swimming.
The Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment World is a fantastic Centre for all ages, with numerous shops and restaurants, a cinema, adventure golf, a series of manmade lakes, and a garden lit by 40,000 Tivoli lights.
