Take a seat on the extended oceanfront balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the water from this renovated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in North Ocean City. Step inside to find new carpeting in both bedrooms (2020), a new mattress in the primary bedroom (2019), and floors in the living area and bathrooms that have been completely replaced (2017). This polished, air-conditioned space also features oceanfront views, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), a private washer/dryer, and TVs in the den and both bedrooms. This oceanfront condo is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City, just across the dunes from the beach. You'll be two short blocks from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, and a quarter-mile east of Northside Park's sports fields, fishing lagoon, two playgrounds, picnic area, two piers, gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and regular events. Things to Know Full kitchen New Central HVAC System (2025) No pets and no smoking allowed *Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
