Light blue walls and decor will surely help you remember how close you are to the beach. The main level offers an ample open floor plan, perfect for family gatherings. The living room provides a great place to unwind after an entertaining day at the beach with a comfortable sofa and armchair with a footstool, a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, and direct access to a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining area for two. Back inside, you'll find a dining table that seats four and a fully-equipped kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances that include a French door fridge, dishwasher, and a coffee maker! The breakfast bar offers two spaces for a quick breakfast or snack on the go. Off the kitchen is the other balcony where you'll find two rocking chairs and a gas grill. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower on this level as well. The staircase will take you to the second level where you'll find two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The main bedroom features a ceiling fan, a flatscreen TV, a private balcony, and a spacious closet. Down the hall are the stackable washer/dryer and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, if you book this charming coastal retreat, you'll be granted access to a community outdoor HEATED pool.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
