Property information

The entire building - including each apartment - has gone through a thorough renovation, sparing no expense to turn this 1800s building into one of the most beautiful and welcoming spaces in the Hostess City. The grounds are pristine and full of the Southern charm Savannah is known for. Each apartment has been thoughtfully designed to provide you with maximum comfort, access to modern amenities, and no-fuss entry so you can easily get settled and begin exploring or relaxing. *Of note, this property has four apartments, two on the second floor, and two on the third floor, so you will have a couple of flights of stairs to climb to reach each space. *Additionally, the entrance to the main building, the third-story laundry room, and the courtyard are shared with other guests. *Nevertheless, we ensure that all of our guests are here to relax and have a great time, so the shared spaces should create great opportunities to meet and mingle with similarly-minded people - which is what the Hostess City is all about!

Neighbourhood information

This location cannot be beaten if you're looking to enjoy the best food, sights, and attractions the Hostess City is known for. You will not need a car when you stay here - River St is only a 10-minute walk and Forsyth Park is only about 15 minutes away. You can get to both places and all the sights, squares, and food in between with little effort.
