Amazing central location between the two main beach roads in Kill Devil Hills. Walkable neighborhood that is safe in daylight and after dark. Note, we are near a fire station and can hear the sounds of fire engines from the property. Driveway parking is partially shaded and holds up to 6 vehicles. East access from a stoplight at MP 7.5 Bring your bicycle if you want another option for getting around town without having to find parking.
