This 1969 artist's condo is quietly nestled on the main corridor to downtown and only a half-mile from the entrance to the Boise Greenbelt. Located on one of the only lakes in town this is the perfect place to unwind and rest your head after experiencing all that Boise has to offer.

Neighborhood info

Quiet neighborhood condo-complex. Lake access out your front door. Grocery and restaurants are walkable, Bogus Basin (ski mountain) is 20 miles away.
