Newly remodeled 1 bed/1 bath condominium. Soak up the ocean breeze right in the heart of Gulfport one block to the beach, or check out the local artsy scene down Beach Boulevard. Choose from many dining options playing live music or visit the funky shops, weekly farmers market, Gulfport brewery, and the iconic Casino ballroom. All the action is just steps away! The Unit comes with MANY extras including: • Sofa queen bed (72"L x 58"W) with upgraded gel memory foam mattress. Can sleep two children or 1 adult. • TWO dedicated parking spaces. • The Unit has a Den with a dedicated office space, desk and chair to work or study from home. • 55 inches smart TV with free Amazon Prime streaming. • Please use your personal account for other streaming apps such as NetFlix or Hulu. • The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans. • The kitchen also has plates, cups, silverware, bottle and wine opener, cooking spoons, etc. • Hairdryer in the bathroom and iron in the closet are both available. • Two beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella are located in the bedroom closet.
