Welcome to our piece of paradise! Although new to this site, this home has over 4 years of Short-Term & Mid-Term Rental history to our tourist community averaging a *4.97 Star rating over 200+ reservations. Located in the heart of the Emerald Coast between Destin and Sandestin, this is the perfect spot for your next family vacation or group getaway. With enough space to accommodate up to 10 guests, you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy all the Emerald Coast has to offer. Just a short walk to the most beautiful white sandy beaches in our part of the world, the home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a modest gated beach community with deeded beach access. You will be close to the beach, bike trails, shopping and restaurants. The spa has two (2) operating modes of choice: with or without heat. There is no charge for heat which is set at 98 degrees. If a higher setting is preferred, please let us know (max. 100 degrees). If you would like the pool heated, there is an additional daily fee. Please inquire for daily / weekly rates.
