The home is also ideally situated between the Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation HQ and the Hyundai Metaplant, making this a great option for visiting families of factory employees. The home itself features an inviting two-story layout that comes recently updated and fully appointed for complete modern comfort. A large fenced yard offers a sunny space to spread out for lawn games or outdoor leisure. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. New leather sofas and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living area. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
