Retreat to this Beachside Getaway located in serene Melbourne Florida. Your home away from home is a mere three-minute walk to Paradise Beach Park, featuring 3 beach access points, 3 covered pavilions, a playground and so much more. This beach-themed duplex home has two full kitchens, two open layout living, and dining rooms, a screened-in back patio with a grill, a fully fenced-in backyard, laundry, and a saltwater solar heated pool! It is a shared pool with the sister unit. We have everything you need for a beach adventure including a beach wagon equipped with boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels Parking Information: 4 parking spaces: 2 in garage park & 2 in driveway _ No parking in the yard
