    “附近有羅東文化工廠、羅東夜市以及大型停車場， 雖然都要走一點路， 但對於沒小小朋友的旅客來說完全沒問題。 房間超級乾淨， 床舖也是舒適。”

    “位在安靜的巷內能擁有一夜好眠，因宜蘭地區潮濕在房外可用的除濕機完全派上用場，能除乾房間也能除乾衣物，床尾就是含有第四台業者的電視可收視，浴室內附的擦巾易擦乾，水溫也夠熱。房間內的擺設可看得出來考量到房客會有行李箱等狀況，地面可擺放行李箱的空間夠放，房間內也有小冰箱可冰飲料，其實床頭附近有插座，線材夠長對於現在的習性也是夠用了。整體來說小而美。”
