“1.地點離塵不離城，到市區內各熱門景點和餐廳 機車都不用三分鐘，但這裡路邊好停車，晚上也不喧鬧。 2.雙人房有如穿越時光隧道，回到童年的親戚家，但整潔舒適，配點小聲的citypop或沙發音樂，覺得很chill。 3.民宿主人服務親切，好像老友重逢。 4.備有洗衣機和東曬的陽台，可讓背包客把髒衣服洗淨晾乾。 5.check-out時間是中午12點，可讓旅人無壓力的享受台東早晨。”

“住宿點位於臺東森林公園和市區熱鬧的鐵花村中間，用騎腳踏車的方式來回兩地都很方便！晚上突然遇到下雨，回到民宿後，老闆娘人很好，趕快出來協助停腳踏車，請我趕快上樓洗個熱水澡，避免感冒！”

“就像是周末住親戚家的感覺XD 旁邊的計程車行太顯眼，第一次路過甚至沒注意到旁邊的民宅就是要住的青旅... 地點在比較外圍的地方，晚上也很安靜，進市區騎車5分鐘內?在對面就有免費停車格，開車騎車都很好停 老闆娘很熱心介紹有甚麼好吃好玩的，多謝介紹~”

“空間擺設很美，版畫跟書也很吸引人。 地點方便，老房子隔音不好請準備耳塞。 單人房在樓梯下很可愛，但緊鄰公共廚房浴廁有點吵。 環保省水不是每次換客人都換洗被單床單但有準備乾淨棉布隔離。”
