Feel at peace in this sunlit space which offers modern comforts and luxury custom made touches with stunning 270-degree views of the Adriatic sea, the Alps, and the beautiful town of Koper. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony, or chill with fast WIFI and Netflix inside. This prime location offers endless activities for outdoor adventurers. Living room is Brightly lit open space during the day, with ambient lighting at night. It connects to outdoor terrace with Sea view and Mountain view. There is a 55-inch TV with Netflix. The Bedroom has a King size bed with Luxury silk & cotton-blend bedding for the restful sleep. Soundproof walls? Yes. Kitchen comes fully stocked with eating & cooking utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher & oven Other amenities include 2 reserved garage parking spaces, washing machine in the apartment and AC with State of the art ventilation system

Apartment is on Top floor of elite private building. Its next to many local vineyards, perfect for long relaxing walks. Beach with promenade, swimming pool, and water park is only 700 meters away. There are Many shops, restaurants, bars, bank, post office, spas only 500 meters away. Apartment is situated in a Safe and quiet neighborhood. There is Bus stop walking distance from the building for easy public transport. Staying here, you will be Connected to many bicycle paths that run through the city and surrounding areas. If you are into sport the city of Koper offers modern sports facilities for almost all major sports. The city of Koper was declared the most beautiful tourist city in Slovenia.
