The property is a shared villa. One room is rented out for the guests. The guest stays in a private room with private bathroom. The owner lives in the house . Kitchen and living room is shared. PLEASE READ: The owner lives in the property. The room is private but it is in a shared house. Bathroom and guest room is private. However, living room and kitchen is shared with the owner. We highly recommend you to text the owner before arrive in 15. When you arrive please ring the bell in the main entrance door we can welcome you.
I am an engineer live in Älmhult the town, hearth of IKEA. I am Easygoing , friendly person, I like travelling and exploring different cultures.. I share one of my room with the guests. Feel free to book your accommodation in my house during your visit in småland.
