I would like to welcome you to my home which is located in Novi Sad, Ilije Birčanina Str. ★The apartment comes with a 32 inch flat-screen TV with cable channels, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, one bathroom, kitchen with all kitchenware, etc. ★The completely new apartment is located in a quiet street with free public parking. ★The apartment is located at the building. I live three buildings near with my family and therefore I’m almost always available to help the guest. ★Consists of a large room, separated small room, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. It is suitable for four adults or two adults with two children. ★NOTE: Additional fee is required for every person after 2 ★Large and small rooms are equipped with foldable sofa beds, 32 inch TV as well as auxiliary furniture (all the furniture is new). Free WiFi is available to our guests. Bed linen and fresh towels are provided. ★The apartment is equipped with an air conditioner (free of charge). ★The kitchen is newly equipped with everything needed for your pleasant stay: refrigerator with integrated freezer, stove with fore stovetops, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses... ★The bathroom is equipped with washing.
Apartment “NS-Fair & Play” offers fully equipped apartment for short and long stay for maximum 4 people. It is set in Novi Sad, close to The Novi Sad Fair (300m) (Novosadski sajam), for a 15-minute walk to the city center and 10 minutes to the main train and bus stations. It is good for travelers interested in nightlife as well as family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and friends.
