The apartments have been recently completely renovated and are modernly equipped and furnished. The catering in the apartments started on February 15, 2022. years. Near the apartment, at a distance of 150 meters, there is a public garage "Obilićev Venac" where it is possible to park at a price of 12,7 euros per day. Prior reservation is not required. The apartment is a studio type - on two levels and accommodates 2 guests, is located on the first floor and has an elevator. It is located in the city center in a building that was culturally well built in 1884. In addition to this apartment there is another apartment type Studio-duplex which also accommodates 2 guests. Both apartments have separate entrances. They are interconnected by soundproofed hotel doors and can be rented together and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

The apartments is located in the center of Belgrade in the pedestrian zone of the city. It is 100 meters from Republic Square, the same distance from the entrance to the National Museum. The bohemian district of Skadarlija is 350 meters away. A large number of restaurants; cafes and other facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.Kalemegdan Fortress is 600 meters away, and the view of the confluence of the Sava and the Danube from Kalemegdan Fortress is 850 meters away.
